We’re here to help if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return or exchange any jewelry item within 30 days of the shipment.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Before returning any item, please obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at info@shirajewelry.com or by calling Shira Jewelry at ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­720-242-8904.  When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Authorization Number along with detailed shipping and packaging instructions.

After receiving your Return Authorization Number, please securely pack and seal the merchandise you wish to return along with the original invoice and all original packaging (e.g. jewelry pouch or box) in an appropriate cardboard box or envelope, and send it back to us using an insured service. (This will provide you with recourse if your package goes missing, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.)

Write the Return Authorization Number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and then notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Refunds will be issued via the same type of payment used in the original purchase.

Please allow 8 to 13 business days after receipt of the returned item for your credit to be processed.

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.

Any orders returned undeliverable or refused by recipient, will be subject to a $9.95 charge to be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returned item.

The original shipping and handling that you paid on the order are not refundable.



Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

You won’t be charged, unless your order has already been shipped.
